1. About TrackEdge

TrackEdge provides a web-based software platform accessible at trackedgetrading.com that includes a futures risk calculator, trade journal, statistics dashboard, and AI-assisted coaching features designed for retail futures traders.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

The Pro plan is available at £9.00 per month for founding members who subscribe during our launch period. This price is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it remains active and uninterrupted.

The standard price after the founding member period closes is £15.00 per month. New subscribers after this point will be charged at the then-current rate.

5.2 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

5.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us at hello@trackedgetrading.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

5.5 Consumer Rights Act 2015

As a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital service contract from the date you enter into it, provided you have not started using the service. By beginning to use Pro features during your trial or subscription period, you acknowledge that you have waived this right in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email to your registered address or via a notice within the Service. Your continued use of TrackEdge after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to TrackEdge or other users. Upon termination, your right to access Pro features ceases. You may export your trade data at any time prior to termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
