TrackEdge provides a web-based software platform accessible at trackedgetrading.com that includes a futures risk calculator, trade journal, statistics dashboard, and AI-assisted coaching features designed for retail futures traders.
By accessing or using TrackEdge ("the Service"), creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use TrackEdge. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We aim to maintain high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, make updates, or temporarily suspend the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To access Pro features, you must create an account after completing payment via our payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for:
You may not share your account, sell access to it, or use it for commercial purposes beyond your own personal trading activities.
The Pro plan is available at £9.00 per month for founding members who subscribe during our launch period. This price is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription as long as it remains active and uninterrupted.
The standard price after the founding member period closes is £15.00 per month. New subscribers after this point will be charged at the then-current rate.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting us at hello@trackedgetrading.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
As a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital service contract from the date you enter into it, provided you have not started using the service. By beginning to use Pro features during your trial or subscription period, you acknowledge that you have waived this right in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these terms.
TrackEdge and all content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the calculator algorithms, user interface design, graphics, text, and code — are owned by TrackEdge Trading and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data is yours. Trade entries, journal notes, and other data you input into TrackEdge remain your property. We process this data only to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should seek independent financial advice before engaging in futures trading.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of TrackEdge is also subject to the terms of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email to your registered address or via a notice within the Service. Your continued use of TrackEdge after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to TrackEdge or other users. Upon termination, your right to access Pro features ceases. You may export your trade data at any time prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
